Working Pattern: Monday Friday 8.40- 3.00pm with 30-minute un-paid lunch

The governors of St Andrew’s wish to appoint a Level 2 full time Teaching Assistant from October 2026. We have a dedicated and involved Governing Body who work hard and effectively within school. We strive constantly to improve and develop every aspect of the school. We are committed to ensuring the children are always safe and given the very best opportunities in order to achieve their greatest potential.

We are looking for someone who:
- is an enthusiastic, highly motivated teaching assistant to join our kind and caring team.

- can use their initiative to work independently and flexibly throughout the primary age ranges.
- will share our commitment for inclusion, developing the best possible learning and pastoral environment for all children and ensure all children reach their potential.
- will bring a sense of energy, enthusiasm and passion to the role.

- is able to assist in monitoring the personal and social needs of pupils

- is able to implement structured learning activities to assist individual/ groups to complete tasks
