Salary to be pro-rated to reflect Part Time and Term Time only

Actual Salary (£17,078.65 - £18,520.58)

Hours of Work: 25 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 days

(to be worked during the exam result period)

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Data and Assessment Administrator to join our school’s administration team.

The core purpose of the role is to provide a professional and effective service, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of student data and assessment information, supporting the academic and administrative processes of the school.

This involves tasks like data entry, data quality checks, report generation, and maintaining systems for student records. You will work closely with the school senior leadership team and the Trust Data and Systems lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update student data records.
  • Assist in the administration and coordination of assessments.
  • Generate reports and analyse data to support school improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data management software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
