The Governing Board of our Church of England school wish to appoint a dynamic, energetic and hard-working class teacher, who is organised, approachable and able to build excellent relationships.

Ince C of E Primary School is a large two form entry primary school in the heart of Ince.

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, innovative teacher, who has very high expectations of themselves, colleagues and pupils, and have the energy and determination to make a difference.

We are looking for someone who:

• Strives to always embody Christian Values.
• To create a caring environment that promotes academic, creative and personal achievement for all our pupils.
• To actively model and promote the values and ethos of the school.
• Loves children and the Ince community and wants to work hard to improve their lives.
• Manage the classroom environment, maintaining good discipline and promoting positive behaviour.
• To deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and policies.
• Possess strong knowledge of teaching and learning with proven experience of teaching upper KS2 preferably year 6.
• Has an excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment systems.

The candidate must have excellent experience/understanding of upper KS2, preferably year 6.

The candidate should be committed to contributing to the wider life of the school. The post holder will fulfil the duties as outlined in the class teacher job description.
