Nicol Mere is a successful, welcoming and ambitious primary school with wonderful children, a committed and supportive staff team and a community in which children are genuinely at the heart of everything we do. This is a significant role within Nicol Mere. We are a two-form entry primary school of over 420 pupils, with a substantial school budget as well as separate financial responsibilities associated with our School Fund and wraparound provision. The successful candidate will take a leading role across finance, HR, premises, health and safety, procurement, contracts, compliance, data protection and the leadership of support services. We are looking for an experienced, approachable and solution-focused professional who will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders and Governing Board. We want someone who will bring expertise, enthusiasm and fresh thinking to the role and, above all, someone who wants to make a difference to our school. We have much to celebrate, but we are not complacent.
