Job Title:Teaching Assistant Level 1
Salary:Salary is Scale 2 point 3 £21,189 pro rata actual salary
Hours:35 hours per week
Working Pattern:8.15am-3.45pm term time plus 5 days
Contract type: Fixed term until 31/8/2027

The Governors, Staff and children of St Joseph’s RC Primary School, Reddish wish to recruit a fixed term TA assistant Level 1.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of a teaching assistant role
• Has high expectations and demonstrate a commitment to raising standards and achieving the best possible outcomes for our children
• Has high expectations of the behaviour and attitudes of the children
• Will support the Catholic faith of the school
• Has a good knowledge of primary curriculum
• Self-motivated and able to work cooperatively as part of a team
