Hours- 37 hours per week

Salary- £26,421- £28,770

Following the retirement of the current post holder we are looking to appoint a Bereavement Support Assistant to work alongside the small team at our Carleton cemetery office.

This role is a key position and will see the successful applicant dealing with enquiries and all other associated duties involved with the day to day running of a busy cemetery office.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication and customer care skills, due to the nature of the service it is essential that the successful candidate is able to recognise where emotional behaviour may arise and act accordingly.
