Contract Hours: 37 per week 

Salary: NJC Grade E SCP 12-17 £26,421 - £28,770 per annum

This advert is open to both internal and external applicants however, internal applicants will be considered for this role prior to external candidates.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Respite and Outreach Support Workers to provide planned short breaks and respite for vulnerable adults and provide a planned break from caring roles for their relatives/family/carers. The role involves shift working / weekend working and sleep over shifts.

The successful candidates will provide personal and practical assistance to vulnerable service users and provide customers and colleagues with full and accurate information about the user’s situation.
