Newly Qualified Teachers: Accepted if an exceptional standard of teaching can de demonstrated.

Salary: Main Scale £30,000 to £46,525 per annum

We are extremely excited to be looking for a qualified teacher who is skilful, resilient, enthusiastic and above all else an excellent classroom practitioner to join our friendly, supportive, team.

This exciting position will be varied and won’t be based in one class, there will be whole class teaching opportunities as well as the opportunity to teach groups of children to ensure that they  make accelerated progress.

This position is initially a temporary contract for one year (full time).

Our school is located in Bolton. The school community is rich and diverse with almost thirty different languages spoken and nearly forty different ethnic groups among the pupil intake. 71% of the pupils have English as an additional language and 94% of pupils come from ethnic minority backgrounds.

There are above average levels of pupils with SEND and the deprivation indicator for the pupil base is in the highest quintile for deprivation.
