Watergrove Trust is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Casual Caretaker. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference within our school community on a casual basis during school closure periods.
As a Casual Caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security of our school premises, and enabling big summer construction projects, on an occasional, ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate summer projects aimed at transforming the school environment, aligning with our charter of "Providing More" and enhancing the educational experience for our young people.
Undertake general caretaking duties including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks as required.
Monitor and maintain security systems and procedures to safeguard school property.
Hold a sound knowledge of Health and Safety and be committed to adhering to school policies and procedures
Working times and agreements will be agreed in advance and full training will be provided.
