Salary: Grade 4A, Scp 32 – 35, £40,221 - £43,421 per annum

We currently have an exciting vacancy within our Building Surveying team to enable us to continue to build on our success and also bring new experience, knowledge and ideas into the team.
 
We provide a supportive, flexible and engaging environment and promote job satisfaction for our staff, who in turn deliver high quality services to the people of Salford.
We are responsible for the design and delivery of a large and varied portfolio of exciting building related projects across the City of Salford.
We deal with schools, social care premises, non-housing buildings, leisure buildings and listed historic buildings, etc. You will also work with our Mechanical and Electrical Engineers as part of a design team approach to refurbishment projects that reduce carbon.

About the role
As a surveyor working with the Building Surveying Team you will assist in the undertaking of feasibility studies, conceptual, preliminary and detailed design, procurement and supervision of the construction of a range of building projects.
