Grade: 2C, £23,812 - £25,497 per annum

Working Hours: 36 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days

Contract Type: Permanent

The Governors, staff and children at Lewis Street Primary School are looking to appoint an Office Manager to share in our vision within our multi-cultural school. The successful candidate will:        

  • Model excellent Professional standards for the whole school community and that of our partner schools, Christ Church CE Primary and Lark Hill Primary
  • Promote and model the schools’ values and vision including infusing honesty and integrity into all of school life
  • Develop high quality professional relationships with children, colleagues, parents/carers, and Governors
  • Contribute to the continued development of an inspiring and inclusive culture across the school
  • Promote and model the school values of EXCELLENCE; RESPECT; CHALLENGE and SELF-BELIEF
  • Promote and model the school vision including infusing honesty and integrity into all of school life
  • Develop high quality professional relationships with children, colleagues, parents, carers, and Governors

The role will involve: 

  • Being responsible for the smooth running of the administration of the school office
  • Oversee the Administrative Assistants on a day to day basis
  • Maintain and update school information, pupil records and databases
  • Complete termly Census returns, annual Workforce Census and LA Returns
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding all aspects of school life
  • Produce correspondence as and when required
  • Whole school administration
  • Front of house duties
