Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Salary: Scale 5 Point 12, £26,421 pro rata is £20,766

Hours: 34 hours per week, term time only

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and very flexible HLTA who is committed to providing high quality educational experiences for primary age children of all abilities.  The successful candidate will be able to confidently supervise a classroom and deliver activities during the short term absence of a teacher.  An ability to work as part of a team is vital and a desire to make a positive difference for our children is essential.  Excellent punctuality and good attendance are essential qualities for the successful applicant.  Attendance at weekly CPD 3.30pm – 4.30pm on a Wednesday will support the role.

The post is for:

34 hours per week, term time only

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8.30am – 12.30pm / 1pm - 3.30pm

Wednesday 8.30am – 12.30pm / 1pm – 4.30pm

Friday: 8am – 12.30pm / 1pm - 3.30pm
