Salary Grade: Main Pay Scale / Upper Threshold plus TLR2a

Start Date of Post: 1st September 2024

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an exemplary staff member to replace our well respected SENDCO/Mental Health Lead/EAL Lead from 1st September 2024. This post will initially be without a class commitment, with some teaching responsibility within Key Stage 1 to release class teachers, for a maximum of 2-2.5 days per week (flexible), providing 2.5 - 3 days per week of leadership time to fulfil the roles.

•           A secure understanding of the SEND code of practice.

•           The ability to prepare statutory documents and work with other agencies.

•           A willingness to lead on Mental Health and Well-being

•           A willingness to lead on EAL
