The Governors of Wood Fold Primary School wish to appoint a Lead Practitioner to be part of the leadership team.

The Headteacher and Governors of Wood Fold Primary School wish to appoint a highly effective, enthusiastic and dedicated lead practitioner to join the school who will support the vision and ethos and continue to drive the school forwards.

Applications are invited from teachers who can demonstrate the following:

  • excellent practitioner with high expectations and standards;
  • energetic, hard working, committed and a dedicated team player;
  • have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour;
  • plan, implement and deliver lessons in order to promote effective teaching and learning with the framework provided by the policies of the school and the Local Authority, with regard to statutory requirements;
  • be welcoming and willing to encourage a strong partnership with parents and the community.
  • undertake the professional duties and responsibilities of a teacher as set out in the current School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions document.
