Generous Annual Leave
When you join us you will receive a generous 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays. This increases to 31 days when you have been with us for 5 years. A thank you for your continuous service with us.
Leave Purchase Scheme
Each year you’ll have the opportunity to apply to purchase up to 10 days extra annual leave. To help spread the cost of purchasing this leave we’ll make a monthly salary adjustment that’s spread over the holiday year.

To support you even further to have a great work life balance, every year if you’ve not used up your annual leave and want to save a few extra days for a special occasion or trip you can apply to bank up to 1 week’s annual leave. This doesn’t apply to term time staff who already benefit from more leave.

If you regularly use a computer/laptop in your role we will pay for your eye tests. What’s more your test shows that you need glasses specifically for working on a computer we’ll pay for these also!
Health Cash Plan
We work in partnership with Simply Health, this means that should you wish to join the scheme, you will do so at a discounted rate (deducted from your monthly salary).
