Our Early Help service is leading the way with exciting developments to further improve the lives of children and families in Blackpool. As a result, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join us in supporting the delivery of whole family work through our Family Hubs. The successful candidate will manage a team of Family Workers in undertaking Early Help Assessments, plans and reviews and in delivering direct work. The role will include delivery of high-quality supervision and support to our front-line staff as well as supporting us to roll out the delivery of evidence-based programmes. The team work with our Family Hubs and alongside partners in a locality to build a strong system of Early Help. We are looking for a Team Leader who is an expert in engaging families and other agencies; experience of managing staff and delivering high quality reflective supervision is essential.
