Team: Integrated Neighbourhood teams. The Social Care Team in the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams consists of Social Care Officers and Social Workers. We are co-located with our health colleagues within the local Community, and we work with the residents of Bury and their carers to promote the independence, rights and risks, and empower them to live a positive and fulfilling life. Our commitment to you: What we want from you: Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. We are looking to recruit forward-thinking, experienced Social care officer with a passion for a strengths-based approach.
About the role

You will be expected to undertake Social care duties in line with the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act. To undertake duties expected of Social Care officers in accordance with the specific job description attached.
