We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and flexible person to work in a Level 4 Teaching Assistant role at our Springwood School sites. This position will complement the professional work of teachers by giving the successful applicant the opportunity and responsibility to plan, prepare and deliver learning to individuals and or groups of pupils and to monitor, assess and record their achievements, progress and development. Springwood is a large primary age Special School (375 pupils aged 5 11) based over a number of sites, which caters for pupils with moderate, severe and complex needs. Springwood is part of the LINK Education Trust. At Springwood Primary School we are constantly striving to create the best learning opportunities for every pupil.
