Senior Architectural Design Officer

Thesuccessful candidate will have an HNC/HND/ degree level qualification in aconstruction related discipline and have an extensive knowledge of CAD/ICTapplications and their use within the construction industry. A comprehensiveunderstanding of the property and construction industry with an awareness ofthe overall impacts of the estate on the organisation is also required.

You will also be familiar with the National Building Specification (NBS) and beable to advise on component specification and design detailing queries.

Additionally, you will also have excellent communication, problem solving,analytical, planning and organising skills and be able to make effectivedecisions that support the team, the Division, and a range of internal andexternal clients.
