Working Type: Full Time 37 hours per week, whole time

Base: Essa Academy, Lever Edge Lane Bolton, BL3 3HH

Northern Education Trust (NET) is a charitable education Trust with a good track record for school improvement. The Trust sponsors 30 academies; 17 secondary and 13 primaries across the North of England in fourteen Local Authority regions.

We are seeking to appoint a Business Services Assistant. The successful candidate will provide operational support to the Business Manager, academy and trust. They will be primarily involved with:

• Effective Administration & filing
• Minute taking and confidential administrative support
• Coordination of academy visits, travel & accommodation
• Systems support and reporting
• Maintaining records of staff absences
• Recruitment and Selection and processing new appointments
• Involved with HR, Health & Safety information and advice
• Support Single Central Record maintenance
• Support day to day payroll and expenses enquiries
• Support Finance and the procurement of goods and the processing of insurance claims
• Support with GDPR on site
