KS2 CLASS TEACHER

Required for September 2026

The Governors, Staff and Children of St. Mary’s C.E. Primary School wish to recruit a dynamic, new class teacher into our happy and welcoming church school, from September 2026.

We are looking for someone who:

• has recent experience of teaching KS2 children.
• can demonstrate excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• has a passion for working with children and be kind, caring and flexible.
• is an inspirational role model, who is highly motivated and committed to working as part of the school team.
• has high expectations and demonstrates a commitment to raising standards to achieve the best for all our children, both academically and personally.
• is committed to inclusion and to providing exciting and stimulating learning opportunities for children of all abilities.
• is able to form successful relationships with parents and the wider community.
• is sympathetic to the ethos of a Church of England school.

The post is a permanent, full time position, subject to references and enhanced DBS disclosure.

Salary range is MPR1 £32916 to MPR6 £45352.
