Contract: Permanent
Essential Requirement: Driving License, DBS
Essential Qualification: Relevant level 3 qualification e.g. NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC, Early Years, Childcare, Health and Social Care.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bolton Family Help Service at a time of continued development and transformation in prevention, early help and family support.

We are looking for passionate and skilled Parenting and Group Workers who are committed to empowering families, strengthening relationships and improving outcomes for children and young people.

This is more than a delivery role it is an opportunity to be part of a progressive, relationship-based service that places families at the centre of everything we do.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based parenting programmes and structured group interventions that build resilience, confidence and sustainable change within families.

About You
We are looking for people who are passionate about strengthening families and improving outcomes for children and young people in Bolton.

You will be a confident and skilled practitioner who understands the importance of early intervention and the impact that positive parenting can have on a child’s life chances and lived experience.

You will bring both professional knowledge and emotional intelligence to the role, enabling you to build trusting, respectful relationships with families from a wide range of backgrounds.
