You will be expected to work in a way which ensures that young people are empowered and supported and have access to opportunities and appropriate levels of support to assist their transition from care. Here’s what we need from you: Enthusiasm and a commitment to helping young people to successfully transition from care to independence. You need to have some experience of working with young people in this age group and be able to evidence commitment and determination to help young people achieve their aspirations.
