Do you want to be part of a bold new initiative to reduce road casualties across Greater Manchester? Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Road Safety Delivery Officer to support the delivery of the Vision Zero Strategy, with a strong focus on young driver education (16-25). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new road safety programme that aims to eliminate all road deaths and serious injuries. As a member of the Safer Roads Greater Manchester Partnership, GMFRS plays a leading role in delivering targeted education to young people. The successful candidate will deliver road safety interventions across educational establishments. You will also assist the Road Safety Coordinator on planning and executing proactive “days of action” to improve road safety outcomes across the region.
