The New Bridge Multi-Academy Trust is committed to supporting young people with additional needs to develop the skills, confidence and experience they need to progress into meaningful employment and greater independence. We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and adaptable Job Coaches to join our New Bridge College Pre-Internship/Bridging the Gap Team. Working across Oldham and Greater Manchester, you will play a vital role in supporting students within a variety of work placement settings and helping them achieve their employment goals. The Role: As a Job Coach, you will support students in real workplace environments, providing tailored guidance to help them develop their skills, confidence and independence. You may work with students on a one-to-one basis or support small groups as they undertake work-based learning opportunities. The role also involves building and maintaining positive relationships with employers and other external partners to ensure placements run smoothly and to create new opportunities for our students.
