• Will work in close partnership with the Headteacher and SLT to drive forward our strategic priorities and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care.
• Will embrace the shared Christian Values of St Peter’s CE Primary School and secure its vision with all members of the school community, ensuring an environment for teaching and learning that empowers both staff and pupils to achieve their highest potential.
