The Governors of Corrie Primary & Nursery School are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our Nursery / Reception team. This is an exciting opportunity for a positive, hardworking and committed practitioner who is passionate about early childhood education and delivering exceptional learning experiences for our youngest learners. Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you will play a key role in helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically during these important early years. We are looking for someone who shares our high expectations and commitment to providing the very best educational experiences for all children.

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Is an excellent EYFS practitioner with a strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
  • Has high expectations for teaching, learning and behaviour.
  • Creates engaging, stimulating and inclusive learning environments.
  • Is passionate about helping children thrive and achieve their full potential.
  • Delivers high-quality teaching through both child-initiated and adult-led learning opportunities.
  • Works effectively as part of a team, supporting and directing teaching assistants and other support staff.
  • Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Contributes positively to the wider life of the school community.
  • Is enthusiastic, resilient and committed to continuous professional development.
