Salary: £25,614 Grade 1 , Point 3 pro rata to 6.25 hours per week for 38 weeks a year
The successful candidate will:
- Establish a good rapport with the students in your care
- Be professional, friendly, patient and understanding towards the pupils
- Be flexible, motivated and able to follow instructions, remaining calm in difficult circumstances
- Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations
- Be open to new ideas, committed to working as part of a team
- Have strong moral and ethical principles and values
