We are looking for an individual who:

In this role, you will:

  • Observe, assess and monitor children's development, using this information to plan appropriate next steps and support individual progress.
  • Support children's communication and language development, early literacy and mathematical understanding, physical development and personal, social and emotional growth.
  • Establish positive routines and promote children's independence, confidence and readiness for the next stage of their education.

  • Contribute to transition arrangements, ensuring children are well prepared for their move into Reception.
  • Work collaboratively with the EYFS team and Senior Leadership Team to review and develop provision, share good practice and maintain high standards.
  • Attend staff meetings, training and professional development activities as required.

In return, we offer:

  • A warm, welcoming and inclusive school community with enthusiastic children who love to learn.
  • A supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Team and a committed Governing Body.
  • A collaborative team of dedicated staff who are passionate about providing the best possible start to children's education.
  • A strong commitment to professional development, staff wellbeing and continuous improvement.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to children's early learning, development and future success.
