Are you an experienced and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead and manage our SEND provision within a mainstream primary school.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment where every child is valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the unit, delivering targeted support and learning opportunities tailored to individual pupils’ needs. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, class teachers, the SENCO and other professionals to ensure a high-quality provision and positive outcomes for all pupils.

We recognise the importance of effective preparation and organisation. The successful candidate will receive one afternoon of dedicated planning time each week to prepare activities, develop individualised provision, monitor progress and ensure the smooth running of the provision.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, caring, well organised and confident in leading a SEND provision, with a strong understanding of how to support children with additional needs.

We can offer you a truly rewarding and fulfilling working environment, where you will become part of a strong, dedicated and supportive team. We pride ourselves in creating a caring, nurturing and happy school underpinned by our Christian values where every individual is valued, respected and encouraged to reach their full potential in an inclusive environment. Our wonderful children are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to providing them with the patience, understanding, encouragement and individualised support they need to thrive. Joining our school means becoming part of a welcoming community where staff support one another, share ideas and celebrate successes together, making a real and lasting difference to the lives of our children every day.

If you are committed to making a meaningful difference to children’s lives and have the skills to lead a SEND learning environment, we would love to hear from you.
