Come and Be Part of Something Special!

Are you someone who can make a child feel safe, help them believe in themselves and inspire them to achieve things they never thought possible? If so, we would absolutely love to meet you!

At Rhodes Green CE Primary School, we are on an exciting journey. We are a school with big ambitions, a growing sense of pride and a determination to provide the very best for every child who walks through our doors.

We know that we are not the finished article, and we wouldn't pretend to be. But that is what makes this such an exciting time to join us. We are building something special, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey, help shape our future and make a genuine difference along the way.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Believes every child can succeed and celebrates small steps of progress.
  • Builds strong relationships and brings patience, creativity and high expectations.
  • Can confidently lead learning, adapt to different classes and work as part of a team.
  • Is keen to learn, contribute ideas and grow with our school.
  • You may already be an HLTA, work in specialist provision or be an excellent teaching assistant ready for a new challenge. We value the right attitude and relevant experience as well as qualifications.

Come and See Us!

We would warmly welcome and encourage visits to our school. In fact, we'd love you to come and see us! Meet our children, have a look around, see our provision and get a feel for the school we are becoming.

We believe that choosing the right school is just as important as finding the right person, and we want you to feel excited about the possibility of joining us. If you think you could be the person we are looking for, please don't hesitate to apply.

Come and help us write the next chapter of Rhodes Green's story.

We can't wait to meet you!
