Salary: Grade 4, £19,054 - £20,029 per annum. £12.18 - £12.80 per hour

30 hours per week

Your role:

As a support worker, you will be part of a team supporting customers within a day opportunity, you will be offering support with everyday life skills and activities.  Our customers have varying levels of abilities, and you will be required to deliver a high standard of care and provide support in accordance with individual support plans.  You will offer support to encourage customers to maintain their independence and self-worth and you will also assist in developing strong links within the community.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with customers, families, agencies, and other relevant professionals to maintain high quality care. You must have the ability to support individuals with critical care needs. You will have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team that provides activities that stimulate and encourage inclusion and active participation.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working with people with critical care needs and will work alongside the Senior Support Worker and the Establishment Manager to develop and deliver an excellent service for our customers.
