We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic people with a wide range of skills who are reliable, flexible and hardworking, to join a team of casual workers.

The right person will support the delivery of social care to vulnerable people across a range of social care settings, including residential, domiciliary, day services and technology response services.

It is essential applicants can demonstrate: 

Previous experience of working in a care and support setting.

Good teamwork and communication skills

The ability to undertake shifts which may entail lone working.

Positive mind-set with a can-do attitude and solution focused approach.

Deliver a person-centered service and be professional at all times.

To have a calm approach when working under pressure.

A casual contract means there is not a guarantee of regular hours as this will depend on the work, it also means that you are not obliged to work set hours.
