Contract - Permanent Hours - 15hrs Salary - NJC Grade D SCP 7 - 11 £26,403 - £28,142 per annum pro rata for part time hours Closing Date - 25th March 2026 at 23.59 We are looking for an experienced and organised Administrator to join our team at Active Blackpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering high standards of customer service and administrative support. Providing administrative support to the management team Managing bookings, memberships, and customer enquiries Maintaining accurate records and databases Processing payments and handling financial transactions Supporting communication across departments Assisting with reports and general office duties Previous administrative experience is essential Strong organisational and time management skills Confident using Microsoft Office and booking/CRM systems Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, approachable, and customer-focused Experience within a leisure, hospitality, or customer-facing environment would be an advantage.
